This site has no forms

We don't collect information through forms, accounts or email sign-ups on this website. The only way to request service is to call.

Information from phone calls

When you call, we may note your name, phone number, the address of the job, what happened and notes needed to schedule and complete the work. We use it to respond to your call, perform the work, document it for you and your insurer if you ask, and keep business records.

If we pass your call to another restoration company because every crew is committed, we share only what that company needs to respond to you, and we tell you on the call.

Information from visiting this site

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers. The map on each page loads from Google Maps only if you click to view it. Google's handling of that information is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or sell information about visitors.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only to do the work you asked for, such as with your insurer or adjuster when you ask us to, with another restoration company if we pass your call on, with service providers who help us operate, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed for the work, warranty questions, insurance claims and our legal and tax obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Call (405) 299-1883 or write to the head office address above.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
