About us

The name says carpet. The work is everything water touches.

Precision Carpet Cleaning extracts, dries and repairs water damage in Oklahoma City homes and businesses. Carpet, pad and rugs are where we're most particular, because they decide whether a house smells right a month later.

Setting up drying equipment in an Oklahoma City living room

What stays the same

How we work on every job

Readings before decisions

Nothing gets cut out or thrown away on a guess. Walls, floors and cabinets are read with meters, and the numbers decide what comes out and when drying is done.

Straight calls on what stays

If carpet can be saved, we save it. If pad should go, we say so on the first visit rather than drying it for days.

A record you can hand over

Photos, readings and a list of everything removed, from the first visit, so your adjuster or landlord sees what happened.

One number, any hour

The water line is answered 24 hours a day, every day, and the person who answers schedules the crew.

Where we are

A service office in Oklahoma City, a head office in Washington

Crews, trucks and drying equipment run out of our service office at 12253 N MacArthur Blvd Ste F #60, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. That's where every job on this site is dispatched from, and it's where the coverage on our area pages is measured from.

Our head office is in Walla Walla, Washington, at 3647 E Isaacs Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362. It handles the company side of the business; the Oklahoma City work is run locally.

We cover Oklahoma City and the counties around it: Oklahoma, Cleveland, Canadian, Logan and McClain. The coverage page explains where regular coverage ends.

Scope

What we do, and what we hand to others

We do the water side: stopping the spread, extraction, drying walls, floors, slabs and crawl spaces, carpet, pad, rug and upholstery work, sewage and mold cleanup, odor removal, contents pack-out, documentation for claims, and the repairs after drying such as drywall, paint, trim and flooring.

We don't repair plumbing, roofs, air conditioning or fire sprinkler systems. A plumber fixes the pipe, a roofer fixes the roof and your HVAC company clears the drain line; we work alongside them so the water damage is handled while the source is being fixed. We don't decide insurance coverage either; that's your insurer's call.

Busy nights

When every crew is already out

Oklahoma City gets nights when the whole metro needs help at once: the first thaw after a hard freeze, or the evening after a big storm. On those nights every crew and every dehumidifier can already be committed.

When that happens, rather than letting water sit, we may pass your call to another qualified Oklahoma City restoration company. They set their own availability and prices, and you should confirm their insurance and credentials before work starts. We tell you on the call if we're doing that.

Our answers

Who writes the guides on this site

The answers section is written and edited by Vivian Lacewell, our Water Damage Guides Editor. The guides explain how water jobs actually run in Oklahoma City homes, from the first hour after a leak to what an adjuster looks for, and every cost figure and local fact names its source.

Where an answer depends on your policy, your house or the readings, the guides say so instead of guessing.

Every job leaves a drying log, so you can see why equipment stayed and when it was done.
